On Wednesday, June 20, Regional Duma of Ryazan adopted the law on execution regional budgets for 2017. Questions of deputies on a budget performance subject were answered the first deputy minister of finance Ryazan Region by Lyapina Ludmila.
the Deputy Shikov Youri noted that volume public debts the region last year managed to be reduced significantly – by 2,5 billion rubles. The deputy took an interest, what measures will be taken further for a debt decrease. Lyapina Ludmila answered that Ryazan Region conducts tough debt policy and by 2036 plans to lower national debt twice.
the Deputy Svetlana Serezhina askedabout how funds for support of families and children which for the first time in 2017 were allocated in the separate budget were spent. The "children's" budget in the regional budget makes 34%, 75% from them – expenses on education, 20% – social support.
Deputies also heard the report of the chairman of the Ryazan Control Audit Chamber Valery Ionov. In the report he noted that as a whole budget is executed according to the law, the violations revealed by Chamber are eliminated. Deputies voted for adoption of law taking into account all remarks.
