Boris Titov offered three candidates for a post of the business ombudsman for Irkutsk Region

Irkutsk Region , 16.06.18 (information agency "Teleinform"), - the Federal representative by the rights of businessmen Boris Titov declared that information on appointment to the post of the business ombudsman Irkutsk Region the former minister of housing policy, power and transports Government of Irkutsk region Kapitonov Andrey is not true. The press service of the representative reports about it.

Boris Titov reported that on May 22, 2018 directed to the governor Irkutsk Region to Sergei Levchenko the letter with refusal in coordination of the candidate Alexander Kvasov on the released position of the representative on protection of the rights of businessmen. Violation of procedure of selection of candidates became the basis for refusal: the governor ignored three competitors from among businessmen, and online vote took place only on one candidate and nosilao formal character".

In addition, at Alexander Kvasov there is no experience of business activity that also contradicts conditions of the federal legislation, the representative speaks. Violations in procedure of selection became the basis for complaints representatives of enterprise community Irkutsk Region. Besides, with a request for taking measures the president addressed to Boris Titov "OPORA RUSSIA" Alexander Kalinin.

– Should be emphasized especially that after the expiration of powers Moskalenko Aleksey on a post of the representative on protection of the rights of businessmen to Irkutsk Region the situation with appointment of the new representative was tightened. In the press there were messages that Boris Titov refused to coordinate the candidate offered by the governor, and in reply imposes own uncontested candidate – the former minister of housing policy, power and transports Government of Irkutsk region Kapitonov Andrey. Such information is not true, – it is noted in the message of the business ombudsman.

Boris Titov offered the governor Irkutsk Region Sergei Levchenko to consider candidacies Artemyev Ilya, Yakubovsky Alexander and Galyautdinov Ildus which directed the corresponding package of documents for participation in selection procedure. Copies of these documents enclose to the letter to the governor. As of June 15 the answer to the letter is not received.
