B Ministry health care Republic of Karelia Republic of Karelia under the chairmanship of the deputy prime minister of Government of the Republic of Karelia concerning health care and social protection Korsakov Igor took place meeting on questions of provision of medicines of the citizens having diabetes.
In planned working meeting took part the Minister of Health Shvets Marina, her deputy Savin Roman, the head of the Diabet center at Republican hospital of VA. Baranova, chief endocrinologist of Republic of Karelia Nemchinova Helena, specialists of the ministry and representatives of public organization "Karelian Diabetic Union".
during meeting discussed current situation with providing patients with diabetes with medicines, means of self-checking and expendables for insulin pomp.
As were told by the deputy chief of department of the organization resource and provision of medicines Isakova Inga, the ministry in the volume corresponding to demands of the medical organizations, all preparations for diabetes treatment are bought. All preparations are put in authorized to carry out holiday of free drugs the Karelfarm organization, except a preparation gliklazid, delivery which is expected soon. Insulin, the sakharosnizhayushchy tableted preparations (in all dosages), test strips are bought.
On drugs and test strips for patients with diabetes in 2018 in budgets of different levels provided more than 140 million rubles. Besides, from means republican budgets are allocated funds of 2,6 million rubles for acquisition of expendables for insulin pomp.
Following the results of meeting to the medical organizations and Ministry health care Republic of Karelia gave a number of instructions on continuation controls to the organization of provision of medicines of citizens. It is entrusted to chief endocrinologist of the republic to analyse demands of the medical organizations for the next year taking into account the register of patients with diabetes. It is offered to Karelian diabetic union to collect and provide in the ministry information on what types glyukometrov are most demanded by patients with diabetes.
