Court resolved NENETS AUTONOMOUS AREA "FOOTBALL CLUB "KUBAN" to begin the legal person to play for preservation of the right in the Russian championships

In May, 2017 concerning the Nenets Autonomous Area NENETS AUTONOMOUS AREA "FOOTBALL CLUB "KUBAN"" took restrictive measures to prevent conclusion of assets or leaving of companies from execution of debts.

In April on demand RFS court allowed the organization to form subsidiary — LLC "Football club "Kuban"" to which will pass duties on payment with 709 million rubles to "subjects of soccer". Need of reorganization for open company is explained by that the Nenets Autonomous Area, undergoing bankruptcy procedure , will not be able to obtain the license and to continue to act in superiority of FNL because of what club will stop existence, transfers newspaper "Kommersant" .

B court showed documents according to which the club concluded the sponsor's agreement on the paid financial help. This information confirmed in Regional ministry economy. The sum, conditions and source of the financial help are not specified.

As told to Yuga.R, in April, 2017 inspection Federal Tax Service submitted the statement to regional Arbitration court about recognition of "Kuban" by the bankrupt with reference to a debt of 288,4 million rubles.
