According to saving department, in 24 areas and Novosibirsk for last week 658 thermopoints were recorded, it is nearly 50% more, than for the similar period of last year.
"Fell a dry grass created threat of transition of fire in the territory Novosibirskfactory artificial fiber (NZIV), recreation facilities "Balush" in Iskitim district, and also on two settlements in Kargat district Novosibirsk Region", – the chief of head department reported Head department of Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters on Novosibirsk region Victor Orlov.
In department emphasized that in all cases natural fires were liquidated in due time. However rescuers needed huge efforts to prevent serious consequences.
So, near the territory of NZIV plant "NZIV" in Iskitim was threat of transition of fire on production and warehouse. The grass burned on the area of 40 hectares. In elimination fell fire trucks, and also tractors which did the mineralized fire-prevention strip interfering distribution of fire were involved. Firefighters, representatives Iskitim district and employees of plant used rantsevy fire extinguishers and other equipment not to allow transition of fire to rooms of "NZIV". In total in elimination fell herbs 66 people, 17 pieces of equipment participated.
Fell herbs dangerously close approached to villages Alabuga and Ust-Sumy in Kargat district. In Alabuge burning stopped in 200 meters from the next houses, the fire area also reached 40 hectares. In Ust-Sume fire stopped in 300 meters from houses and constructions. Here distribution of fire was promoted by a strong wind, fell herbs will mention 23 hectares. In suppression of both ignitions which some hours lasted, 44 persons and nine pieces of equipment participated.
"Now to Novosibirsk Region is not present the operating centers of natural fires. Fire investigators continue poll, finding out circumstances and responsible for ignitions, – reported in regional government of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. – Experts on fire safety emphasize, at significant material damage and death of people as a result of a fire criminal liability" can threaten the violator. At detection of natural fires rescuers advise
to try to liquidate according to the lights the ignition center independently. If it is impossible, it is necessary to leave immediately a dangerous zone and to report about a fire place in forestry.
