Moscow, on April 9, 2018. the ceremony of delivery of annual awards of Randstad Award Took place. SIBUR is again recognized by the most attractive employer. In five years of an award to Russian Federation from 2014 to 2018 only in one branch the leader – in the chemical industry did not change.
Randstad Award— an award which is handed over every year to the most attractive employer. In 2000 company Randstad for the first time started the project to Belgium to estimate 50 local brands of employers. In 18 years of Randstad Award extended on 4000 organizations worldwide. In 2018 30 countries took part in the project.
the Award is awarded byon the basis of results of independent research. In each country answers not less than 7000 respondents — representatives of the working and unemployed population — determine the winner of Randstad Award from the largest by the number of the personnel of employers: company which gathers the greatest number of points, is considered the most attractive to work.
