INTERFAX - "Daughter" Integrated company "Rossiysky alyuminy" - JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OK RUSAL TRADING HOUSE" sent to Arbitration court of Sverdlovsk region the statement for recognition JSC "PKZ" (PKZ, Sverdlovsk region, also enters in Integrated company "Rossiysky alyuminy") the bankrupt.
According to materials of a card file of arbitration affairs, claim is submitted on April 4, and for the present is not accepted to consideration. The sum of claim requirements makes 3 million 816 thousand rubles.
According to a card file, at the beginning of January court passed the decision to collect this sum from the Ural plant in favor of trade "daughter" Integrated company "Rossiysky alyuminy". It was noted that the claimant on its own behalf, but in interests of "PKZ", got at LLC "RusPlavShpat" a fluorite concentrate for total amount of 3,816 million rubles. Thus the Ural plant the obligations for the reimbursement, contracts connected with execution deliveries, did not execute. In this regard at JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "OK RUSAL TRADING HOUSE" debt was formed.
