the State award of Republic of Tatarstan – the award "Duslyk" - President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov - to the Honoured Master of Sports handed over to Zaynullina Mar, silver and twice to the bronze prize-winner of the XII winter Paralympic Games of 2018 in Pyeongchang.
Celebration of the sportswoman took place this morning in the Governor's palace of the Kazan Kremlin.
Welcoming participants of a ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that Olympic and the Paralympic Winter Games took place in a difficult political situation. "I understand a condition of our team, our athletes, trainers when certain conditions when there was no flag and the anthem of our country were shown, - Rustam Minnikhanov told. – Nevertheless the spirit of our athletes was high, they managed to prove that are capable to overcome all these obstacles".
Rustam Minnikhanov expressed words of sincere gratitude to Zaynullina Mar, to trainer's structure, everything who supported the sportswoman, - her family, her friends, for the heroism shown by it and diligence, for her victory.
"Your victory is a serious contribution to a country victory, you showed skill, staunch belief and commitment, - the President told Republic of Tatarstan, addressing to the sportswoman. – We are proud of your progress. It is huge work".
Rustam Minnikhanov also declared that Paralympic movement has big prospects, and it is important to involve the maximum number of people in this process is will promote including to their socialization. "Authorities have to give all support in this question", - the President emphasized Republic of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov once again congratulated Zaynullina Mar on her victory, wished further success – both in sports, and in private life.

I am grateful to Republic of Tatarstan and to all Tatarstaners for support and for belief in me, the sportswoman told.
