It allows after change of specific structure as a result of fires of 2010 to recognize each tree by sight, as they say. Now, according to data of the Forest plan, we will precisely define, how many and what works it is necessary to carry out. Well and, of course, we will continue to put actively new squares and parks, including in rural settlements. The five-years period of break in forestry which will allow to bring a full order to the woods begins.
in the field of more than 180 thousand forest hectares are served by ten forestries and ten forest areas. Besides, sixteen nursery forests with a total area nearly two hundred hectares work. Naturally, a lot of things in their work depend on security with modern equipment. And on these purposes the regional budget does not feel sorry for means. The bought eight Field cars and four UAZ Farmer all-terrain vehicles arrived recently to Department of Forestry of the Lipetsk region.
on March 13 Vasilii Sokolov handed over keys from cars to directors of Dankovsky, Don, Dobrovsky, Gryazinsky, Zadonsky, Usmansky, Yelets, Terbunsky and Chaplyginsky forest areas. And the UAZ Farmer cars converted in small lesopatrulny complexes are intended as well for suppression of forest fires on small squares. In their body the motor-pump, capacity for water of five hundred liters and various fire and technical stock is located.
– For the last two tens years wear of fixed assets and means reached ninety percent, – Vasilii Sokolov told. – Acquisition at the request of the head of the region Oleg Petrovich Korolev Oleg Petrovich Korolev modern and equipped with all necessary cars will allow to increase mobility of forest protection. Now we completely closed need for small lesopatrulny complexes for all forest areas. Besides, earlier we got eighteen tractors and a forest mulcher for cleaning of undesirable vegetation in the woods and along highways. This year we will receive twenty more tractors.

Forestries prepared more than nine tons of seeds of the wood and shrubby breeds, mainly by I and partially the II class of quality. In forest nurseries seeds are seeded on the area more than ten hectares that is five percent more than the planned. Forestries carried out a lot of work on elimination of victims and drying-out plantings in the state protective forest strips. Additional budgetary appropriations allowed to intensify clearing of roadside forest belts. Last year continuous and selective sanrubki are executed on 614 hectares, about 80 thousand cubic meter of wood are thus prepared. Improvement and restoration of the roadside woods is planned to finish by 2020. For this purpose it is necessary to clear away 40 thousand hectares of the started grounds. Urgently to bring to them an order — the most important task of forestry specialists. Together with it field-protecting and ovrazhno-frame forest belts are formed. For inhabitants of the regional center work of the Lipetsk city forest area created a few years ago has special value. It carried out the whole complex of actions for protection, protection and reproduction of the woods within the city. Last year here cleared away 125 hectares of burned forests and put 85 hectares of new grounds. Establishing order in the city woods was noticed and positively estimated by locals and the power.

Yelets, Dobrovsky and Zadonsky forestries should carry out at the expense of own means addition of forest cultures this spring. And why there is a lot of sick plants in Zadonsk forestry, at the same time in next their Usmansk it is few? By results of spring silvicultural campaign the meeting at which directors of lagging behind forestries will report for each spent state ruble will be held.
Vasilii Sokolov warned them against possible purchase of a landing material outside area at surplus it in our region. The special attention this year needs to be paid to development of silvicultural regulations of forest areas and the Forest plan Lipetsk region, after all it is prospect for the next ten years.
