In hundred years it was decided to make new, answering to the present — and the authorities Poland announced competition. Architects Budzinsky Marek and Badovsky Zbignev became winners. The building became sight thanks to the botanical garden of 1,5 Hectares located on a roof.

Planetarium in the science Center "Copernicus"

the Idea to construct the center of science on the bank of Vistula arose in 2004. The winner in competition on the best project became architectural bureau from the Polish city of Ruda Slaska — and already in the 2010th the first building of a complex opened. Today in the territory of the Center there is a planetarium, science and technology park, laboratories and a constant exposition with more than 450 interactive exhibits.
