B Prosecutor's office of Saint Petersburg meeting of Public council on protection of small and medium business took place. In meeting Saint Petersburg Melnik Victor, Authorized on protection of the rights of businessmen took part in Saint Petersburg Abrosimov Alexander, vice-chairmen of Committee of the property relations and representatives of public organizations Alexander Semchukov, Tikhomirova Tatyana, Yankina Marina the deputy prosecutor.
Participants of council discussed results of check of prosecutor's offices the cities of observance by Committee of the property relations of the rights of businessmen when rendering state services.
Results of check showed, existence of gaps in regulation of an order of rendering such state services as granting the land plots which are in state ownership Saint Petersburg or state ownership on which is not differentiated in rent without auctions, on granting real estate objects in trust management, free use, on making decision on the conclusion of contracts on placement of non-stationary trade object without carrying out auctions, on providing preference on real estate to
Also elicited the facts of violation of terms and unreasonable refusals in granting to businessmen of real estate in rent, the land plots for placement of non-stationary trade object, and also for not connected with construction.
Committee for execution of the decision of Public council develop now administrative regulations of providing the listed state services which projects will be estimated by experts of leading business associations of the city, for providing guarantees of observance of the rights of businessmen to which the specified services will be provided.
Also to Committee it is entrusted toto develop a road map on automation of an order of interaction of executive authorities and businessmen when providing state services, for reduction of terms of their granting and increase of transparency of process which also will be discussed within Public council.
