Inhabitants of Central African Republic (CAR) endure unprecedented deprivations. Many suffer from chronic malnutrition. The humanitarian situation in the country promptly worsens every day. In 2018 the help of the international community will need more than a half of inhabitants of the country. In this regard humanitarian agencies of system of United Nations addressed to donors with an appeal to allocate for projects in the CAR 515,6 million US dollars.

"Today a situation in the CAR demands bigger attention, than ever", - declared the Deputy Special representative of Secretary general in the CAR Nadzhat Rochdi on press conferences, the devoted presentation of the Humanitarian plan of action for the CAR for 2018. On it financing is required 515,6 million dollars.

In many regions of the CAR proceed collisions between the armed groups that brings to new to population movements. By data Managements of United Nations on coordination of humanitarian affairs , in this country because of violence from armed groups every fourth inhabitant appeared among internally displaced persons or refugees.

Internally in the country became 70 percent more than displaced persons in comparison with the first quarter 2017. At the beginning of 2018 in the CAR was 688 700 internally displaced persons. 542 380 more inhabitants of the CAR found a shelter in neighboring countries as refugees.
Many children who were compelled to leave the houses in search of a shelter, are deprived of opportunity to study and be treated. It is supposed that in 2018 2, 5 million people will need humanitarian assistance. It is huge figure for the country which population makes about 4,6 million people. we Will remind

that in 2013 power in the CAR was seized by insurgent group "Seleka". Then in the country the interethnic conflict between "Seleki's" former fighters from among Muslims and Christians from the coalition "antibalaka" inflamed. In May, 2015 in the CAR passed the Bangiysky forum concerning reconciliation on which leaders of armed groups and the transitional authorities signed a number of agreements, including - about carrying out political transformations.
B passed 2016 presidential elections at which Faustin-Archange Touadéra won in the country. As a whole, inhabitants of Central African Republic managed to restore a constitutional order. However the situation in the humanitarian sphere and in the sphere of safety is still unstable.
