the Forward of the national team Egypt and English football club "Liverpool" Salakh Mohamed is recognized as the best football player of 2017 from the African continent. The forward received the corresponding award from Confederation of soccer of Africa at a special ceremony which took place in Ghana.
It is the first similar award for the 25-year-old Egyptian. It is reported that for it gave the votes of 625 participants of drawing up a rating. The second place was taken by the clubmate Salakh Mohamed and the halfback of the national team Senegal Man Sadio with result in 507 voices. The third place remained for the forward from Gabon, the player of Dortmund "Borussia" Pierre-Aymeric Obameiang — 311 voices.
It is noted by
that the similar award was played and among girls. For the third time the native Nigeria Asisat Oshoala became the winner. And among young football players from Africa 19-year-old Patson Daka from Zambia who plays for the Austrian club "Lifering" is called the best.
