In Askiz district opened "Afalin's" pool

with opening in 2009 of the universal sports hall of a name of S.Z. Karamchakov. Within several years the full-size football field with an artificial covering was equipped, and at station Askiz updated Stadium "Dinamo". Construction of one more important sporting venue and the second turn of sport center - "Afalin's" swimming pool was the day before complete.

Part in a ceremonial opening of the pool was taken chapter by Republic of Khakassia Viktor Zimin, and also heads of the profile ministry, the area, the sports public of municipality and locals.

"This pool - the first such sporting venue in rural areas. The first and at once the best. I congratulate all on pool opening. And it is very pleasant that this event occurs on my native earth - in Askiz district", - Viktor Zimin told.

Chapter Askiz district Cheltygmashev Abrek added that the pool is a dream for each inhabitant of municipality, as around the steppe. He noted that now askizsky swimmers are not present, but within several years thanks to discovery of such object in the area the professional team of athletes will be prepared.

After a ceremony of opening the first heat took place, also guests of honor and representatives of mass media examined sport center.

In the building placed the swimming pool 25 meters long on 6 paths and administration premises. It is planned that in the pool pupils of Askizsky regional sports school of a name of S.Z. Karamchakov and locals will be engaged.

Completion of construction of the pool took place with financial support of companies Integrated company "Rossiysky alyuminy", reports r-19.ru.

in 2010 at the expense of means of municipal, republican and federal budgets. The total cost of the project made nearly 77 million rubles. The sports processing equipment for this object is received within the federal target program "Development physical culture and sport to Russian Federation".
