In November, 2013 Ministry of Construction, Transport and Road System of the republic of the Republic of Kalmykia within a state program "Development a transport complex and road economy Republic of Kalmykia for 2013 - 2017", are acquired 4 (four) buses of the GROOVE brand for needs of KP RK "INFORMATION AND LAW AGENCY" 7 724 000 rubles.
In August, 2014 Ministry of Construction, Transport and Road System of the republic of the Republic of Kalmykia within a state program "Development a transport complex and road economy Republic of Kalmykia for 2013 - 2017" are in addition acquired by10 (ten) buses of the GROOVE brand for the sum of 19 640 000 rubles.

KP RK "INFORMATION AND LAW AGENCY" with housing and communal services Management Household management company, constructions and transports Administration of Elista was signed contract about granting a subsidy No. 1 of 08.06.2017. Subject of the contract is granting KP RK "INFORMATION AND LAW AGENCY" subsidies for financing parts of the expenses connected with activity on transportation of passengers on bus intra municipal routes of Elista in total amount of 6 000 000 rub, of them republican budgets of 3 600 000 rub, and of means budgets Elista - 2 400 000 rubles.

No. 133602/0085, held meeting with an administrative board banks, Ministry finance Republic of Kalmykia, Department of federal bailiff service on Republic of Kalmykia and KP RK "INFORMATION AND LAW AGENCY". During meeting, the agreement on stay of executive productions and signing of the settlement agreement is reached.
Today, to Ministry on Land and property relations Republic of Kalmykia according to the Extract from the bill Republic of Kalmykia "About the republican budget for 2018 and on planning period 2019 and 2020" provided budgetary appropriations under the target article 22080 "Actions for Providing Obligations of the Owner of Republican Property" in the sum of 12 114 200 rub.
Also concluded the Settlement agreement between KP RK "INFORMATION AND LAW AGENCY" and JSC "KalmDorUpr" on the case of collecting debts for the performed works on construction of stationary point weight controls and to the device of an asphalt concrete covering on a highway site the III categories "Elista-Arzgir-Mineralnye Vody" in favor of Society for total amount of 21 030 677 rubles, from them 12 000 000 rubles were paid to Society by the payment order from 14.07.2017g. No. 36, and the remained sum of 11 748 014,30 rubles according to the Schedule of payments will be paid by monthly equal shares on 979 000 rubles till December 31, 2018.
