Annually on December 3 we celebrate the International day of disabled people. This special date in a calendar — the reminder, to healthy people to reflect on mercy, to give a helping hand needing support, unites all who does not remain indifferent to the difficulties which have fallen to their lot, to courage, persistence, talents and abilities, ability persistently to go towards the planned aim. Sometimes only our care, readiness to help, attention, the sensitive relation help to stand, find confidence of the forces and to find a worthy place in life.
We sincerely thank all who gives heat and attention to physically disabled people — to social workers, teachers, doctors. We express words of special respect to people who care of children with limited opportunities, help them, despite of circumstances, to be educated, demanded, assured in tomorrow.
From the heart we wish to all inhabitants Bolshaya Murta district, needing the continued support, to all fellow countrymen who is not indifferent to physically disabled people and their problems, happiness, wellbeing, belief in the forces and implementation of all plans and dreams! Let on your way only kind and sympathetic people meet!
