At the same time with it he leaves a position of the chairman of public council of the party project "Engines of Growth" - this position will be taken by Oleg Mikhaylovich Budargin, the member of the Supreme council of Party. This decision was made today at Bureau meeting", - Andrey Turchak reported.
As were reported by Youri Shuvalov, the advisory council is formed for the purpose of maintenance of strategic initiatives which were defined as a result of work on party reports, and also for permanent dialogue of Party with civil society and developments of priority initiatives which can be supported by party.
"Especially as made the decision on annual preparation of reports of the working groups of the Supreme council. Therefore this work needs to be institutionalized" , - he declared.
"In structure of Advisory council will invite chairmen of public councils of all reformed party projects. In many respects we will be guided by coordinators of the working groups and experts who already accepted a fate in work on reports", - Youri Shuvalov noted. He also noted that counts on participation in Advisory council of representatives of leading public organizations and the think-tanks which have taken place on the given moment.

"We count that the leading centers for studying of public opinion such as FOM and JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "VTSIOM" will enter. List restriction is not present therefore, I think, the structure will be formed even in the course of work", - Youri Shuvalov concluded.
