In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation considered improvement of mechanisms of protection of animals from ill treatment

On November 14 enlarged meeting of Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on ecology, natural resources and environmental control, devoted to toughening of criminal liability for animals abuse took place. Members of the committee discussed with representatives Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation efficiency of application of provisions of article 245 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 13 June 1996 No. 63-FZ "On the Enforcement of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" and improvement of mechanisms of protection of animals from ill treatment and ensuring safety citizens...
