It is reported that the recidivist Simoniya Ilya was raskoronovan in 1993 according to the decision of thieves in law Shakro and Ded Hassan because of his conflict to Yaponchik.

However, despite loss of a title, Makho continues strictly adheres to thieves' traditions. According to them, after release by spring of this year Simoniya Ilya never was in territorial body of Federal Penitentiary Service in a residence in Ramenskoye district (Moscow region) for a monthly mark.
