Moscow, 3 Nov — RAPSI.<"32>" Municipal court of Moscow on November 14 will check legality of a sentence concerning the former member Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Popelnyukhov Sergei, condemned on 7 years of a standard regime penal colony for roguish plunder 1,1 billion rubles at construction of small-arms factories in Venezuela, reported RAPSI in the press service of vessels.
