However for signing of documents the director requested the large sum.
Using official position, the man signed necessary papers and received money of 80 thousand rubles.
concerning the defendant Sterlibashevo district court of the Republic of Bashkortostan brought criminal case. The man found guilty and obliged to pay a penalty of 500 thousand rubles.
At the moment the sentence did not enter validity.
