Deputaty regional Legislative assembly from LDPR party fraction Liberal Democratic Party of Russia refrained from vote pro single-headed model of management Nizhny Novgorod, the journalist Vovk Andrey claims in the Telegram-channel.

"Called from the press service of party and officially declared that the fraction of Liberal Democratic Party of Russia in Legislative Assembly in full strength refrained from vote on single-headed system. Because they support single-headed system, but only at direct elections of the mayor", - Vovk Andrey wrote.

Thus, Oleg Sorokin – Nikita Sorokin refrained Wladyslaw Atmakhov, Andrey Tayg and the son of the vice-president of Legislative Assembly of the region. Vovk Andrey considers that Oleg Sorokin was the fourth deputy who has not voted pro.

Deputies of Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod region at meeting adopted on October 26 the bill of transition to single-headed model of management Nizhny Novgorod. It was brought in parliament of the acting the head of the region by Gleb Nikitin on October 20.

Chapter Nizhny Novgorod will be elected by City Council from among the candidates presented by a contest committee. The mayor also will head Administration of Nizhny Novgorod. The term of office of the mayor will make 5 years.

number Total number of members of a contest committee is determined by a city thought. According to the bill, a half of members of a contest committee is appointed City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod, other half – the governor Nizhny Novgorod region.
