As reports a portal Ural Federal District, during video reception some questions including a problem of the inhabitant of Sovetsky Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra who appealed to render assistance in improvement of living conditions of her family were considered.
the Deputy governor Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra Shapoval Dimitri noted that the family from five people in June, 2017 is recognized by the participant of the subprogramme "Implementation of the state obligations for provision of housing for categories of the citizens established by the federal legislation" the federal target Dwelling program for 2015-2020 from among disabled people. Granting housing subsidies of the specified category of citizens is carried out by means of issue of the state housing certificates.
Approximate terms of release of the state housing certificates and their finishing Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra and approximate terms of consideration of a package of documents of the applicant on issue of the state housing certificate and adoption of the decision on it - the first quarter 2018, on condition of submission of necessary documents.
Considering it, and also periods of validity of the state housing certificate from the moment of its delivery, established by the federal legislation, realization of the right of the applicant on receiving a housing subsidy at the expense of means federal budgets, certified by the state housing certificate, will be carried out till September, 2018.
