Bulgaria will start attracting tourists with wine and culinary routes

of the Ministry of agriculture and tourism Bulgaria with participation of local administration develop the project of 12 wine and culinary routes – on one for every month. Bulgaria has

long traditions in production wine and it became part of culture of the people, as well as various culinary traditions, the minister of tourism of Bulgaria Nikolin Angelkov on representation of an initiative which will capture 50 municipalities and 100 tourist objects declared.

In return the minister of agriculture Rumen Porozhanov added that wine and cultural destination are important not only for tourism, and and for producers of traditional Bulgarian products and culinary dishes. It reminded that in the European register of the protected names of products Bulgaria registered – "Gornooryakhovsky sudzhuk", "The Bulgarian oil of a rose", Elena fillet, a lukanka of "Panagyursk", "Trapezits's" role, kayzerovan "Trakiya's" gate, pastyrma "Govezhd". At the European level it is registered and 54 types of the Bulgarian wines. All this puts Bulgaria on the 8th place in EU by quantity of products with the protected names.

Under the motto "Share Bulgaria" in the country will develop so-called slow tourism, whose concept is connected with preservation of traditions and cultures and will be accented on local food, wine and customs, Angelkova reported.

At this stage is prepared 12 routes, and the final decision will be declared in the middle of 2018, the minister added.

1. the Valley Struma - Kyustendil , Blagoevgrad , Sandanski and Melnik;

2. Place valley - Razlog , Bansko , Gotse Delchev and Hadzhidimovo;

3. The western Trakiya - Pazardzhik , Plovdiv and Asenovgrad;

4. Pink valley - Panagyurishte, Koprivshtitsa, Starosel, Hisaria, Kazanlak;

5. East Trakiya - Is old Zagora , Sliven , Yambol and Karnobat;

6. Sakar - Harmanli, the Favourite, Svilengrad and Topolovgrad;

7. Zlatiya - Vratsa , State of Montana , Vidin;

8. Miziya - Pleven , Oryakhovo, Svishtov and Ruse ;

9. Dobrudja and Northern Chernomoriye - Silistra , Dobrich , Varna , Balchik;

10. Southern Chernomoriye - Burgas , Nessebar , Pomorie , Sozopol and Tzarevo;

11. The old capitals - It is great Tyrnovo , Oryakhovits's Horn, Târgoviște , Shumen , Plisk , Are great Preslav;

12. East Rodopi - Haskovo , Kardzhali and Ivaylovgrad.
