Presently elderly people not only look after grandsons, bake pies and cook jam, but also find itself in creativity. Someone writes verses, someone draws pictures, someone embroiders or knits warm things for the relatives, putting in them all the love. And it was proved once again by representatives of "gold age", living in Kuragino district. This year RAYONNY SOVET VETERANOV suggested to arrange culinary competition in which 15 veteran organizations of the area took part.
of That were not prepared only by veterans for exhibitions! Tables burst with refined viands in the Small Hall of regional Recreation center. Definition of the winner for jury became the real test. And still after tasting, judges under the chairmanship of the deputy of chapter Kuragino district Rodkina Tatyana chose the best in each nomination.
the Best pie appeared at Braginsky council of veterans. The nomination "The Best Loaf" won against Artemovsky council of veterans. The nomination "The Best Confectionery" brought a victory to marininets. And the best drinks appeared at residents of Krasnokamensk. The prize for original registration was won by council of veterans from Koshurnikovo.
it is unconditional, awards were deserved also by those who was not among winners, but pleased jury and the audience with original and tasty culinary masterpieces. For participation in competition to veterans handed over diplomas and sweet prizes.
Besides awards for participation in culinary competition, veterans received many awards this day. For active participation in veteran movement activists were marked out by Certificates of honor of chapter Kuragino district and regional council of deputies.
