Pavlovsky rayon and Talmenka district Altai territory are worthy inclusions in the Barnaul agglomeration. The head of the region reported about it at a meeting with journalists on Tuesday, October 3, Alexander Karlin .

"Among municipalities which will be included in agglomeration, I see Pavlovsky rayon and Talmenka district. Kalmanka district is looked through in the long term" — Alexander Karlin reported.

He added that the site of regional highways from Barnaul to Pavlovsk (goes towards the Stone - on - Ob) will correspond to the highest categorization for regional highways in Altai territory.

"We create opportunities for filling of a transport stream between Barnaul and Pavlovsk with all that it implies consequences. It is a traffic of goods and products, transport availability to people. It is integration social infrastructure, big availability of medical aid to inhabitants of the area" — the governor noted.

While the Barnaul agglomeration entered only Barnaul, Novoaltaysk and Pervomaysky rayon.

He advised the management Biysk and Rubtsovsk to think concerning agglomeration creation in their territories.

"Tam too is potential for closer developments. I speak not about withdrawal pains of administrative borders, and about a breaking down stereotypes" — he emphasized.
