At a meeting with the chairman of General Assembly institution Obiyedinenny nations Laychak Miroslaw Vladimir Makei expressed to
initiatives of the chairman.
Laychak Miroslaw highly appreciated a contribution Belarus in activity of United Nations, and also expressed readiness to promote development of a platform of cooperation with the countries with the average level of the income. Laychak Miroslaw Belarus to active participation in work on global strategy on migration, and also designated the vision of questions of reforming of Security Council of United Nations.
the meeting with the executive director UNICEF (UNICEF ) Anthony Leyk Also took place. The minister noted that questions of child protection and a family are in focus of attention of the country leaders. Important support in this work is given by Office of UNICEF in Minsk. Leyk in return highly appreciated efforts Belarus on encouragement of the rights of children at national level and assured of continuation of constructive cooperation of UNICEF with Belarus. The minister invited the head of UNICEF to visit Belarus.
At a meeting with chapter Ministry foreign affairs Algeria Abdelkader Mesakhel Vladimir Makei noted need of expansion of trade and economic cooperation and implementation of joint projects. And Mesakhel invited to Province of Alger the Belarusian delegation of expert level for definition of the list of concrete measures which will allow to intensify bilateral interaction.

for cooperation in the humanitarian sphere, in particular, for reception Syrian the children who were on improvement in children's camp "Zubrenok" in August of etoty year. The parties discussed specific questions of interaction in the sphere trades and educations.
the Minister of Foreign Affairs North Korea Li Yon Kho initiated discussion of questions of bilateral cooperation and interaction in the international organizations.
"The exchange of opinions on a situation on the Korean peninsula took place. Vladimir Makei noted that all parties of the conflict have to abstain from actions which can lead to further escalation of intensity. He also emphasized that Belarus is ready to continue dialogue about North Korea on hot topics taking into account decisions of Security Council of United Nations" — is told in the message the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Also Vladimir Makei met the son of the former president Israel, the Nobel Prize laureate, the native Belarus Shimon Peres Nehemiah Shimon Peres. It presented the autobiographical book of the father.
