the Decision on installation of a monument was acceptedin March, 2015
at meeting of the working group of Legislative Assembly of area. As initiators of the project "United Russia" Party acted R. O. F. of studying of heritage of P. A. Stolypin and general council. Stolypin Petr decided to immortalize in Chelyabinsk for his merits before the region. Representatives of business gave funds for a monument. Miass chose the embankment because this part of the city is decided to arrange well and decorate.B 1910, one year prior to the death Stolypin Petr was in Chelyabinsk. The city made on it adverse impression, besides in it cholera epidemic stormed, Stolypin Petr checked local hospital and found it "very unsatisfactory". The prime minister demanded from the city authorities to expand medical institution, having warned that they did not take in head to save thus. Got also to the provincial administration which Stolypin Petr obliged to check personally a situation in the city.
