Athletes from 15 countries of the world will take part in tournament on fighting sambo in Irkutsk

International tournament on fighting sambo "the Cup of Baikal" will pass in Irkutsk on September 2. Part in it will be taken by more than 100 athletes from 15 countries of the world.
As are reported by the regpravitelstvo press service, guests from Germany, Estonia, Finland, Bulgaria, Armenia, Israel, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Georgia, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan are expected. Russian Federation on the international tournament sambo wrestlers from Omsk region will represent, Novosibirsk region, Krasnoyarsk territory, Khabarovsk territory, Republic of Buryatia and other regions. The team Irkutsk region will separately act.
– Similar international tournament was not carried out by br to Irkutsk region, the world, the World Cup stages. Tournament representation very impressive, – the head emphasized Region governor apparatus Chernyshov Dimitri.

the Program of tournament includes competitions in seven weight categories: 62, 68, 74, 82, 90, 100, over 100 kg. Irkutsk region was included into team of the master of sports of the international class, winners of the World Cup stage Bokiev Bokhodir and Murodullo Bokiev Bokhodir, the master of sports of the international class, the world champion Knyazev Aleksey, masters of sports Russian Federation, champions Siberian Federal District Penkovich Nikita, Peslyak Aleksey, Izmaylov Aslan, Kurilsky Artem.
As were told by Chernyshov Dimitri, within competitions is planned to sign the cooperation agreement on implementation of the All-Russian project "Sambo in School" between Ministry of education of Irkutsk region and All-Russian Federation of Sambo in the person of the president of federation Yeliseev Sergei. Besides, the certificate on receiving a wrestling mat for Secondary school No. 10 Nizhneudinsk which joined in implementation of the Sambo in School project will be handed over.

Besides, within tournament on September 3 from 9.00 till 11.00 in Trud Sports palace for all comers there will pass a master class on sambo. It will be carried out by the master of sports of the international class, the world champion Knyazev Aleksey (Irkutsk region), the master of sports Russian Federation, the champion Europe Panteleev Pawel (Omsk region), the master of sports Russian Federation, the owner Kubkov Russian Federation and the world Abazov Islam (Kabardino-Balkar Republic).
