Heads of IRIO took part in the summit of a global network of non-profit organizations Tekhsup, passed in San Francisco on March 30, 2017

the Global Tekhsup network cooperates with 65 leading organizations of civil society in the world for life improvement at global level with use of . Partners of the global Tekhsup network carry out a number of programs of accumulation of technological potential to provide to communities practically in each region of the world. Each partner of a network adapts the program for requirements of the community and shares ideas with other network partners to provide to communities worldwide at better level. The network covers 851 thousand. non-profit organizations and already provided to these organizations of a donation ON (technological tools) and charitable for the sum of 7,6 billion dollars of United States of America. Tekhsup represents the Russian national segment of the Global network the infodonor program realized since 2009. The institute of development is the national coordinator of the program.

To San Francisco from March 28 to March 30, 2017 in premises of Google Inc. there took place already the third summit of the Tekhsup network. On March 28, 2017 the first plenary session at which with welcome speech Hauzen and the director general "Tekhsup" Rebecca Masisak made a speech the executive vice-president "Tekhsup" Van Lynn took place. Also in the first day of the summit the following events were held: the Variety of a Network session inspired by idea of conference on public values "The social benefit" (Brussels); panel discussion with leading funds (A charitable initiative of Azim Premji, PayPal, Levi Strauss's Fund, Bill and Melinda Geytsov's Fund) within which tendencies of development of charity and existing barriers were considered. On these actions it was visually shown how can improve the social sphere.

At the summit it was especially emphasized that all NPOs and partners of the global Tekhsup network have to safeguard data and confidentiality at least at three levels in the relation:

• of vulnerable groups of the population to which they provide ;

• of the activists, helping to provide the social benefits, but for increase of efficiency preferring to work as individuals instead of as representatives of NPO, and carrying out on-line operations in a private order.

an Increasing number of partners participates in joint design, recognizing it as perspective approach to development of the following generation. On the section "We Create Together — the First Lessons Learnt in the Sphere of Joint Design" participants shared to what they learned, carrying out joint development in interests of a network, Belgium, Australia and South Korea shared experience of partners to Colombia, Argentina, Mexico.

the Third, finishing day of the summit, on March 30, 2017, began with conversation with the director general "Tekhsup" Rebecca Masisak who has taken place within session "Together we invest in a network: what contribution each of us" can make. It was opportunity to discuss the Strategic plan "Tekhsup" and investment campaign, to present reaction to ideas, questions and the prospects which have arisen for three days of collaboration.

Also this day performance Todd Khozeyn, working with the governmental, multilateral and multinational organizations regarding development and realization of the partner initiatives directed on the solution of a number of the biggest problems in the world took place. Among initiatives which it helped to conceive, start and expand, there were LAUNCH (cooperation with State department of the United States of America, NASA, USAID and Nike), Random Hacks of Kindness (in cooperation with the companies of Google Inc., Microsoft COR, Yahoo! Hewlett-Packard Co., NASA and the World ) and Code4Country (the Russian and American programmers who have united for the solution of problems of openness and transparency).

the Summit came to the end with the regional meetings one of which was "The European partners (%2B Canada and Israel)". The regional coordinator "Tekhsup" who is based in Warsaw, presented research about activity within the Tekhsup network in Europe and planned the directions for partners for the next period. The chairman of the board of directors of Institute of development Youri Khokhlov and the director general of IRIO Tatyana Yershova actively participated in all above-mentioned actions.
