In Tskhinvali dismissed the chief of a colony where four days starved prisoners

Prezident South Ossetia Anatoly Ilyich Bibilov dismissed on July 14 the chief of a Tskhinvali colony Kabulov Georgy

Prisoners went on hunger strike on July 11. On July 14, during visit of the Minister of Justice South Ossetia Lalieva Zalina, they declared that will not stop hunger strike until improvement of conditions of their contents will begin.

Condemned claim that the colony actually is covered prison whereas it appointed imprisonment in the conditions of a colony settlement. They demanded to increase the territory of a walking zone, to make windows in chambers, to provide them two appointments in a month, and also to improve health service and supply by drugs.

the President South Ossetia Anatoly Ilyich Bibilov scarified the management of a colony and the management of management of execution of punishments of Ministry of Justice. It made the decision to dismiss the chief of a colony in connection with numerous violations which, in his opinion, could not happen without the knowledge of the management of correctional facility and management of execution of punishments, writes independent online media "Kavkazsky uzel" .

To a position of the chief of a colony instead of Kabulov Georgy appointed the major general in Dzhikaev Felix.

to Minyust respubliki to equip in a colony special rooms for long appointments and first-aid station, to isolate infectious patients from other part of the condemned. The resolution is signed by Anatoly Ilyich Bibilov, at that time holding a position of the chairman of the parliament.
