World District court of Kamenka of the Sverdlovsk region pronounced a conviction concerning the inhabitant Beloyarsky rayon. sentenced 31-year-old Tolstikov Aleksey to one year of imprisonment with punishment serving in a colony settlement.
the Man was found byguilty under the article "Violation of the Rules of Traffic by the Person Subjected to Administrative Punishment", reported in the press service of Prosecutor's office of Sverdlovsk region.
Earlier Tolstikov Aleksey was already sentenced by world District court of the Beloyarsky district of the Sverdlovsk region to imprisonment for the term of 6 months conditionally with a trial period for one year. However it did not prevent it to take again the wheel in an alcohol intoxication.
at Night on May 23 to Kamensk-Uralsky Tolstikov Aleksey was stopped by police officers, however the man abandoned the claim to pass physical examination on a state of intoxication.
In addition to a sentence, Tolstikov Aleksey will be deprived of the right of management by vehicles for a period of three years.
