Today the governor Marina Kovtun held meeting on a question of end of the program of resettlement of northerners from emergency , recognized that till January 1, 2012. The governor reminded that till September 1 the region has to finish implementation of this program. By June 15 this task to Murmansk region is executed almost for 85%. For operating time with Fund of Household management company in the region 1 571 emergency premises of 63 410 sq.m are settled, 3 293 persons are moved, 43 new houses are built.
"Are not settled so far 579 people from 300 emergency premises of 11 390 sq.m. Besides, events of the last week showed that in area there are certain risks and the problems, capable to call into question a date of completion of the program. First of all, it concerns problems with construction of new houses", – Marina Kovtun noted.
As reported the minister of construction and territorial development Murmansk region Kan Leonid, 221 families wait today for moving to new houses. For them four apartment houses – on one house in Teriberke and Dairy, and also two houses in Kandalaksha are under construction: on the street Polyarnye Zori and on Pronin Street. Construction terms in Teriberke and Dairy are observed, it is possible to count that the house on Pronin Street in Kandalaksha also will be put into operation in time.
"The house on the street Polyarnye Zori under the terms of the state contract had to be put into operation still on December 30, 2016. This term is broken by the builder. For completion of works it needs 1,5 months. Under the terms of Fund of Household management company the deadline of execution by the region of obligations for settling of inhabitants to this house – on August 1, 2017", – was informed by Kan Leonid, having emphasized that thus all obligations of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing under are executed in full. the Representative of the contractor of construction of the problem house of the acting director LLC "ARKAIM" Kazachenko Oleg assured
that problems with house input in operation will not be. According to him, "road map" on house input in a system and to settling of people in it will be approved in the next few days. Marina Kovtun reminded
to Kazachenko Oleg that under the threat – reputation of his company.
