Today at meeting of the government which was held by the governor Marina Kovtun, the minister of construction and territorial development Murmansk region Kan Leonid submitted the report on results of activity of department.
As was noted in the report, the planned indicator of security with housing in the region – one of the most important characteristics of a standard of living of the population – in 2017 exceeded indicators of the previous two years and makes 27 sq.m on one inhabitant of area. Positive dynamics on construction of houses was observed – in two years input of housing increased by 1,85 times. In 2016 11 apartment houses and 95 individual houses were entered into Murmansk region.
Special attention, were noted by Kan Leonid, is given to the program for moving of emergency fund. In 2016 the target indicator was exceeded (101,2%), the resettlement program for 2017 today is already executed more than for 80%. Thus, the minister emphasized, construction of apartment houses for resettlement of citizens from emergency housing facilities is carried out with application of modern power effective , allowing substantially to reduce consumption of thermal energy and to reduce the size of utility payments. Among the most sign objects – opening of the swimming pool in Kandalaksha, kindergarten in Gadzhiyevo, introduction in operation of the fire station in Teriberke, end large-scale reconstruction of regional philharmonic hall.
B on capital construction in the regional budget are provided 2017 means of 833,6 million rubles is almost exceeds the volume of regional financing of last year twice. 172,4 million rubles are allocated for objects of overhaul. Among the priority areas of work of the ministry – improvement of living conditions of citizens and realization in the region of the priority project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment".
Following the results of discussion to the ministry of construction and territorial development is entrusted to develop and approve a state program Murmansk region on formation of a modern urban environment for 2018-2022, and also the regional program for resettlement from emergency for 2018-2023. In addition in the shortest terms the ministry has to prepare suggestions for improvement of work of GOAU "Management of State Examination Murmansk region".
