Results of control and supervising actions in the broadcasting sphere

during carrying out systematic supervision concerning the speaker CJSC "Russky Project" (from 31.03.2017 till 20.04.2017) was revealed:

- Violation of requirements about granting an obligatory copy of documents
of Art. 12 of the Federal law of 29.12.1994 No. 77-FZ "About an obligatory copy of documents".

concerning the legal entity and the official CJSC "Russky Project" according to Art. 13.23 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation" are sent to Zapadny okrug the cities Belgorod.
