According to preliminary data, at 21.50 (hbr) three persons on a motor boat came to water near the automobile bridge through Amur River and went downstream. For the unknown reasons people appeared behind a board. The boat, having twisted on places, decayed.

As employees note Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters, the people who are in the boat, were without life jackets that is violation of safety requirements.
