Within cooperation there will be an improvement of forms and methods of public control over conditions of the maintenance of the suspects accused and condemned. Carrying out the educational and cultural actions directed on legal education, cultural and patriotic education serving sentence is planned.

Starikov Eugenie emphasized: "One of the most important problems of criminal and executive system – not to allow that being released from places of imprisonment of people returned to a colony back. For this purpose it is necessary to carry out a lot of work on resocialization of the condemned: to help with the solution of questions on the labor and household device, medical and social security. We hope that this work will take place in cooperation with Association of lawyers more effectively".
