Opening the public prayer before an ark with a particle of relics preceded the prelate Tikhon, the Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia . The day before at the international airport of Anadyr the shrine was solemnly met by the ruling bishop with a clergy assembly the Anadyr diocese . The ark was delivered by the chairman Publishing Council RO Russian Orthodox church the metropolitan Kaluzhsky and Borovskoy Kliment .
the Delegation of Publishing Council visits Chukotka Autonomous District within implementation of the educational project — the International exhibition forum "Pleasure of the Word". After the opening ceremony guests got acquainted with a book exposition of the Pleasure of the Word exhibition forum which brings to attention of guests works of the Holy Vladimir Gundyaev, books of winners of the Patriarchal literary award, the competition "Education through the Book" book winners. Organizers submitted about 400 names of orthodox, spiritual and moral, educational, children's, art and publicistic literature with opportunity to get these books.
Then to guests of a forum presented a photo exhibition from the cycle "Svetopis Secrets", devoted to social service of Church. Tour on gallery of photopictures was conducted by the director general of Orthodox Book association Golovin A. S..

Within an exhibition forum "Pleasure of Word» from March 11 to March 13 also were carried out conference on the subject "the 100 anniversary of renewal of Patriarchate to Russian Federation" and literary meetings of winners of the Patriarchal literary award of a name svv. ravnoapp. Kirill and Mefodiy Victor Nikolaev and Varlamov Aleksey with the public.
In three days of event of an exhibition forum more than one thousand inhabitants visited Chukotka Autonomous District.
