Katts Anatoly was born p in Saint Petersburg. The first music education got at Musical school ten-year school at the Leningrad conservatory. Since 1955 studied in Saratov Conservatory, and after its termination - in postgraduate study Moscow state conservatory P. I. Tchaikovsky's name.
B 1964 Katts Anatoly arrived to Saratov Conservatory, already having a rank of the winner Vsesoyuzny (Moscow, 1961) and International (Prague, 1963) competitions. Since 1966 at the same time worked as the soloist of the Saratov philharmonic hall.
