Moscow, 31 Dec – information agency "RIA Novosti". The head of the United Nations (United Nations) Ban Ki-moon leaves the post on Saturday, December 31, after two five-year terms. Since January 1 the secretary general of United Nations becomes Antoniu Guterresh from Portugal.
