Court deprived of powers of the deputy Daugavpils city council Boyaruns because of state language ignorance

The Daugavpils court completely satisfied claim the Center of a State Language (CSL) about deprivation of powers of the deputy Daugavpils city council Vladislav Boyaruns (Latgalsky party). Claim gave TsGYa because the deputy knows the Latvian language insufficiently.
