Moscow, on November 18, RIA "FederalPress". Within reorganization "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK"" and "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK" Murmansk" are attached to PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "MDM BANK".

As it is reported on a site of the financial organization, the joint bank received the name "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK"". Assets of the joint bank made about 1,1 trillion rubles, the capital – 90 billion rubles, means of individuals – about 530 billion rubles.

the Chairman of the board "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK"" are his co-owner Mikail Shishkhanov, first deputy chairmen of the board – Lukin Alexander and Morsin Petr, the vice-chairman of board – Kitaev Aleksey.

B 2016 to "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK"" attached four more banks: "Cedar", "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK" Smolensk", "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK" Surgut" and PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK TVER".

RIA "FederalPress" earlier reported that "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK"" signed the memorandum with the Agency of Mortgage Housing Lending (AMHL) about securitization of mortgage loans for total amount to 20 billion rubles. Thus mortgage securities (ITsP) will be issued within Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending "ITsB Factory".
