В Оренбуржье именем погибшего полицейского назвали улицу
В честь погибшего при задержании преступника молодого полицейского Евгения Никулина открыта мемориальная доска и названа улица в его родном селе Рассыпное Илекского района. Памятную доску открыли начальник регионального УМВД Михаил Давыдов и отец Евгения Александр Никулин.
