at meeting of an ecological staff Krasnoyarsk territory experts argued Today on overall performance on air monitoring in the regional capital.

Professor of chair of ecology and SFU environmental management, the coordinator of the working group of a staff Zavoruev Valery scarified Mid-Siberian UGMS that information on the air pollution, published on its site "is hidden" and clear to only narrow experts whereas in Moscow, according to him, information on a condition of air is provided quickly and in an available form. Zavoruev Valery urged to introduce world practice on expeditious informing of the population on a condition of air. with

the criticism was answered by the chief of Mid-Siberian UGMS Yeremin Vladimir. It explained that the site works in the format established by Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, and it is not possible to change this format. Besides, Yeremin Vladimir urged not to trust the data obtained with the help automatic gas analyzers what, for example, are established in mobile ecolaboratories. Therefore it called in question expediency of the offers which have sounded at meeting about integration of data about a condition of the air, received by different services and the organizations.

"Gidrometsluzhba now is not engaged in p and does not develop system of the automated monitoring. We are engaged in very exact methods of "wet chemistry", that is the chemical analysis of all those ingredients which are in atmospheric air and water. On carrying out the chemical analysis time is required, but we always can accurately and guarantee firmly that this information absolutely authentically. As for "machine guns" — they often say lies. If we were guided only by system of automatic gas analyzers, we constantly would declare the EVZ mode — extremely high pollution. When we compared automatic equipment to the chemical analysis, often we received a big divergence. Therefore it is necessary to treat integration of these systems carefully and not to hurry with development of providing these results as the population will be to unreliable information will absolutely react in other key" — the chief of UGMS explained.

the deputy of Legislative Assembly Gliskov Alexander proposed: "Simply abstract figures about a condition of air in concrete areas are not necessary to inhabitants. Inhabitants want to know, who is guilty who is a source these emissions. Therefore if we say that it is necessary to improve monitoring system, it has to be improved so that it was possible to establish concrete sources".

"It is our purpose, and I so understand, in foreseeable PERSPEKTIVA it is possible to come nearer to it somehow" — the chairman of a staff, the speaker of ZS Alexander Uss .
