the Reason of short circuit of conducting at a forum "Opening of " to Skolkovo because of which it was necessary to interrupt plenary session with participation of the prime minister Dmitry Medvedev, could become a carelessness of plumbers. About it Russian information company "URA.Ru" were told by the witness of incident, the Ural journalist Baranova Alla.

As were reported by the interlocutor of our agency, before a forum on the building plumbers went, in one of corridors there was a water pool. "I suspect that it is somehow connected with water. Probably, proceeding water got on conducting. On a sound cottons were similar to short circuit. Then everywhere began to smell as a smoke. I thought that business can smell as kerosene, and at once went to the press center where most of all exits" — Baranova Alla noticed. She noted, people left a hall quietly, the panic was not.

knew Earlier that "Open " with participation of the prime minister Dmitry Medvedev to Skolkovo interrupted a forum because of a smell of burning . In the building there was a short circuit of conducting, cottons started being distributed. All participants of plenary session of a forum brought out of a hall at the initiative of Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation.

information portal "Gazeta.Ru" after rooms were aired, work of plenary session was continued.
