On October 18 the chief of the Kirov institute of professional development of workers Federal Penitentiary Service the colonel of internal service Ponkratov Vasilii Aleksandrovich accepted on a visit the deputy of Legislative assembly of Kirov region, the founder of Krepostnov publishing house, the public figure Krepostnoy Valery .
during visit Ponkratov Vasilii Aleksandrovich conducted fact-finding tour on the institute territory for Krepostnoy Valery . The special attention was paid to a book drawing room and the Museum of history UIS Kirov region and the Kirov IPKR Federal Penitentiary Service which official opening took place within actions in honor of the 95 anniversary of institute.
