Vitaly Mutko handed over thanks of the president to 44 Russian Paralympians

Vitaly Mutko handed over thanks on behalf of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to 44 athletes and the types of competitions entering the program of 2016 Summer Paralympics coachs of national teams, for merits in development physical culture and high achievements. President of the Russian Federation were awarded with thanks: Agafonova Alexandra, Bartasinsky Dimitri, Vladykina Olesya, Gavrilyuk Natalia, Gladkov Andrey, Luchkin Youri, Bogdan Mozgovoy, Mustafaev Eskender, Palyan  Anna, Poltavtsev Pawel, Skaliukh Alexander, Stukalova Darya, Sukharev Sergei and Valeria Shabalina (all – swimming), give information agency "ITAR-TASS".
