In this regard, the program has formal character, conditions for its realization are not created. On the revealed violation prosecutor's office the area to the chairman of administration of the settlement brought idea of elimination of violations of the law.

during check it is revealed that in rural settlements Chaa-Suur and Sagla the municipal programs directed on prevention of abuse of drugs and psychotropic substances are accepted. It testifies to violation p.1 Art. 9, Art. 12 of the Federal law "To bases of health protection of citizens", and also item 1 and 6 of Art. 8 of the Law of Tyva Republic of August 17, 1999 No. 263 "To bases of a state policy in the sphere of prevention, treatment of alcoholism, drug addiction and toxicomania in Tyva Republic". Thus, administrations of the called settlements do not provide prevention of drug addiction, toxicomania.
