EPA On the third in a season bicycle the Grandee Toure — a multi-day race "Vuelta of Spain" that passes on roads the Iberian Peninsula — passed one of the shortest stages. The Russian Matvey Mamykin became the eighth, and Yegor Silin rose by the 17th place in the overall ranking. Colombian Nayro Quintana is in the lead.
