According to the investigators, the funds allocated for construction in Venezuela of plants on license production of AK-103 machine guns, it stole as a part of the organized group since February 2010 till June 2011.

Within the agreement with the Venezuelan party "Kontsern "Izhmash" had to deliver to p the equipment for automatic plant in Maracay which were going to start in 2012, but its building is not finished still.

Now Shurygin Vitaly serves sentence on the case of fraud at the Sarapul radio plant. The court sentenced it to four years of a standard regime penal colony.
